Friday 2/26/2027 Pre-Set Up (1-3PM) Pre-set or load any equipment, tents from storage, run errands, meet Porta-potty vendor.

Friday 2/26/2027 Pre-Set Up (3-5PM) Pre-set or load any equipment, tents from storage, run errands, meet Porta-potty vendor.

Friday 2/26/2027 Pre-Set Up (5-7PM) Pre-set or load any equipment, tents from storage, run errands, meet Porta-potty vendor.

Saturday 2/27/2027 (8-10 AM) 1 person needed Meet Stage and Sound vendors; 2-4 people put up event parking signs/caution tape for parking as needed.

Saturday 2/27/2027 (10-12 PM) 4 - 6 people to check- in and guide vendor setup.

Saturday 2/27/2027 (12-2 PM) 6 - 8 people coordinate parade participant line up.

Saturday 2/27/2027 (1-3 PM) 1 person to meet with Emcee to go over Emcee notes for the Emcee to announce as the parade participants pass by the stage and let the Emcee know the correct parade participant that is in the “video box”.

Saturday 2/27/2027 (1:30-3:30 PM) 12 - 14 people: meet and walk in the parade with one of the larger parade participant groups in order to show them where to have them stop to perform and be videotaped and to keep the parade moving at a reasonable pace and guide them where to go when the parade ends.

Saturday 2/27/2027 (4-6 PM) 2 people watch over stage and vendor area and assist as needed.

In consideration of this entry and submitting this form, I waive any and all claims for myself and my heirs against Bundos Entertainment Company, its owners, officials, sponsors, partners, volunteers, and associated staff from liability. Further, I hereby grant full permission to Bundos Entertainment Company to use any photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings, or other record of this event for any legitimate purpose. I agree to abide by all rules and regulations established by Bundos Entertainment Company and the event venue.
